Château Les Carrasses is a 19th Century Wine Domaine in the Languedoc, South of France, extensively restored as a luxury estate, comprising hotel rooms, a unique collection of luxurious self-catering residences, on site restaurant, winery and first class hotel facilities.

Château Les Carrasses was built in 1886 and produced wine continuously until 1988, when the vineyards were sold off. In 2011, following the sale and renovation, the estate was reunited with its original vines. Today our wines are made at our nearby sister winery, Domaine de Cibadiès, a couple of kilometres from Les Carrasses.

Guests should expect the authenticity and charm of a 19th Century estate, surrounded by vines, with spectacular views and spacious grounds. The Château has the atmosphere of a private club with great but relaxed, friendly and laid back service. Accommodation is chic, spacious, intimate, private and practical, air conditioned.

A brasserie and bar, infinity pool, clay tennis court, barbecues, boules and free bikes are just a few of the estate amenities.

HotelSwaps is pleased to welcome Château Les Carrasses as its new member in France.
