Since the start of the war in Ukraine, HotelSwaps has, in collaboration with PKF and The Bench, operated #HospitalityHelps, a non-for-profit programme which connects fleeing families with hotels who can provide shelter for a few nights on their journey across Europe and beyond. Supported by large hotel groups including Hilton, Marriott and Accor, who offers free hotel accommodation, the programme has now booked over 200,000 guest nights free of charge for Ukrainians on the road.
